Intercept Surveys for Parks and Facilities

Intercept Surveys

What are intercept surveys?

'Intercept' surveys are a chance to understand your parks or facilities users at a specific site(s) of your choosing. It's a survey process that goes beyond customer satisfaction scores and looks at on-the-ground needs, wants, usage, satisfaction, and importance.

User surveys effectively measure the level of service you are delivering, and identifies any gaps.

DIY or Let us handle it

Our surveys are available to be collected by your own staff or researchers, or we can collect all of the surveys for you in our Full Service option.

Our web-app is set up specifically for gathering surveys on site, with an offline feature for low data or no wi-fi zones and useful features for researchers to access when on-site.

Reports, charts, and comparisons

There are a number of options available for analysing and reporting on your results:

  • Compare your own results to previous years, other organisations, or similar facility types within your own organisation,
  • Online reports and analysis charts will begin to populate as you complete your surveys.
  • You can access your dashboard at any time to see the surveys coming in, and track your progress against a target number of surveys.
  • Download PDF reports, charts(.png), and other views of your results,
  • Receive a bespoke analysis report on your results including recommendations, written by us, for you!
Get set up quickly, waste no time

We have 34 standard questions for on-site surveys that we have developed specifically for parks and facilities, based on years of experience and best practice user surveying.

This 'plug and play' option saves hours of designing survey questions that ask the right questions and deliver valuable results.

Standard questions include areas like: usage, importance, satisfaction, improvement, transportation, and demographics.

You can also:

  • Add your own custom questions,
  • Input custom questions for different sites,
  • Set up survey questions bilingually,
  • Select up to 20 sites to be included, and more.
